In our beloved country every year begins with an assigned task. And this year is also named «Turkmenistan – the Motherland of neutrality» on the initiative of the honourable President.
During the days of independence, the status of neutrality has found its reflexion in the Constitution of Turkmenistan. In first article of the Constitution is ascertained, that a basis indoor and outdoor policy are a basis of a permanent neutrality. Especially should be noticed, that our National flag is decorated by olive branches and the neutrality status is reflected in the National anthem.
During the first years of finding of independence, Turkmenistan has got the status of neutrality. We are proud very much that the neutrality of our country has been confirmed by the United Nations Organization twice. If in 1995 at the General Assembly of the United Nations 185 members of the organization have unanimously voted for the Resolution «About a permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan», in 2015 – 193 states. If in history the neutrality of some countries has been recognized by some states, the neutrality of our state has been recognized by the world community.
On the 24-th of January 2020 in a year «Turkmenistan – the Motherland of neutrality» the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan together with the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan have organized a meeting and conversation named «Peaceful and friendly policy of Turkmenistan».
The meeting and conversation «Peaceful and friendly policy of Turkmenistan» were carried very interesting and enthralling. Conversation was led by the deputy head of division of history of Turkmenistan of the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan M. Amanberdiyeva. Then the floor was given to the head of division of organizing development of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan O.Garlyyeva, main specialist of Ashgabat city Council of Magtymguly youth organization of Turkmenistan B.Bayramdurdyyeva, the main specialist of the Central Council of Woman’s association of Turkmenistan A.Myradova, the librarian of I category of the State library of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan O.Orazdurdyyeva.
Staff and volunteers the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, representatives of public organizations of Turkmenistan, having visited the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan, have acquainted with historical epochs of Turkmenistan, natural characteristics, ethnography, national traditions, the achievements reached during a prosperous epoch of the powerful state under the guidance of the honourable President and have listened to the interesting information of staff of the museum.
