General Provisions.
The present statement is developed, being guided by the rules of working out and conducting the sphere of museum business, and working regulation of rendering of museum service out of museum activity and carrying out of mass actions as well.
The «Young artist» study group created at the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan acts at staff departments of a museum with participation of students, schoolchildren and other enthusiasts.
The aim and task of «Young artist» study group.
The aim is stated below:
- to activate acquaintance of students and schoolchildren with a national heritage and the fine arts of Turkmenistan and to carry out it practically with the participation of students and schoolchildren;
- to awaken love to the Motherland, our beautiful nature, the fine arts and feeling of pride of all this of students and schoolchildren;
- to improve a method of an explanation to students and schoolchildren of conception of art, and also to provide practical use of bases of the theory;
- to acquaint students and schoolchildren with known masters of the art, painters of the country, organize recitals;
- Practically train students and schoolchildren in painting and sculpture elements;
- to organize excursions to the museum of Fine Arts, the State academy of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan, Turkmen State special art school and parks, where are placed works of art;
- to encourage participants of a study group;
- cooperate actively with other study groups operating at the museums and to maintain business and creative relations.
Order of creation and activity of the study group.
In «Young artist» study group are engaged pupils of comprehensive secondary schools, students and other enthusiasts. Training at the study group is carried out according to the special plan once a week with the aim not to break classes of students and schoolchildren.
The «Young artist» study group is created according to various aspects of museum activity and life of youth, there are the heads of corresponding departments of the museum at the head of a study group, engaged in it besides the main work. The other research fellows of the museum are also involved into the work of a study group.
The «Young artist» study group is located on the third level of the main building of the State museum. The members of the study group attend it free of charge.
There is created possibility to involve to the work of the study group of corresponding experts, artists from without. The Central Council of Magtymguly Youth organization of Turkmenistan is engaged in it.
At the end of each school year is made the performance report of the study group, are carried out competitions, are encouraged the best students and schoolchildren. The best participants of the study group have the right to visit the museums located near their home free of charge.
