At the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan is organized a conference organized by the Ministry of culture of Turkmenistan and Embassy of the Russian Federation named “Silk road: from anciency up to modernity”

The device of 2018 «Turkmenistan - heart of the Great Silk Road» carries a deep ideological foundation as for a long time it is the important crossroads of economic, diplomatic and religious mutual relations. In this connection in 2018 is to be carried out a big number of the international scientific conferences, exhibitions be spent. Conference named “Silk Road: from anciency up to modernity” was one of such fruitful meetings, in which participated   archaeologists, heads of archaeological expeditions and researchers.

The conference was opened with the words of greeting was opened by the manager of the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan, candidate of historical science Ovezmukhammet Mammetnurov.  Then the floor was given to the counsellor of the embassy of the Russian Federation in Turkmenistan S.Е.Nasinovskiy, Solovyova Natalya Fyodorovna – head of archaeological expedition in the Eneolithic monument Yylgynly-depe, candidate of historical science (St. Petersburg), who made a report «Handicraft in Eneolithic in Turkmenistan », Kircho Lyubov Borisovna – doctor  of historical science, leading research fellow of the Institute of History of Material Culture (IHМК) РАН (St. Petersburg) - «Formation of courses of направлений of the Great Silk Road in the Сentral Аsia in the last third in the IV — beginning of the II millennia B. C.»,  Pilipko Victor Nikolayevich - head archaeological expedition in Nisa, doctor of historical science, leading research fellow of the Institute of archaeology RAS (Moscow) - « Turkmenistan and the Great Silk Road. Notes os archaeologist».
