The State museum of State cultural centre of Turkmenistan organized a guest exhibition at Indira Gandhi medical college

The State museum of State cultural centre of Turkmenistan organized a guest exhibition at the period from the 21st up to the 27th of April 2025 in honour of “The International year of peace and trust” at Indira Gandhi medical college. At the exhibition are presented the ancient and modern carpet products glorifying a nationality of the Turkmen people. Among them there are saddle bags, adorned with gols of five regions of Turkmenistan, ancient feed bags, mat bag, cases for spindles, adornments for camels and other carpet products. In the centre of the exhibition is located the picture carpet, which glorifies Turkmen nature and further in the course of the exhibition there ancient woman’s outerwear. Among them there are shown big kerchiefs, dresses made of keteni cloth, woman’s capes of various colours and articles of everyday use of the Turkmen people of that period as well.
