High respect to horse

At the era of Revival of a new epoch of the powerful state our Motherland Turkmenistan, which is developed in a prompt rate thanks to tireless care of Hero Arkadag and the honourable President is signified by celebrations. Annual solemn celebration celebrated of a Day of Turkmen racer on last Sunday of April is a sign on the honour rendered to Akhalteke horse. At the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan is organized a festive exhibition named «High respect to horse» in honour of a national Day of Turkmen racer. At the exhibition are presented the pictures of known artists, which glorify racers. Our ancestors considered a saddle of a horse to be more honourable than a throne, rendered all honour to a horse, adorned it with jewellery and carpet products. Here the special attention attract the ancient irreproachably decorated harness of Akhalteke horse. Horse accessories have also found their place at the exhibition: a saddle, a stirrup, whips, a bridle, a case for drinking bowl and a horseshoe, adornments: a breast collar, blinkers, front strap, an amulet. There are also horse cloths, shabrack, sweat cloth, feed bags for horses, saddle bags woven and decorated with a fringe, articles from felt mat enrich an exhibition still more. At the exhibition it is also possible to see modern jewellery, which glorify Akhalteke racers and mean prompt development of the epoch. In the course of the exhibition we can see an image of a Turkmen racer woven on a carpet, drawn on a picture and in a sculpture. The exhibition was opened by the senior research fellow of the division of the President of Turkmenistan of the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan Jahan Nazarova. Then the floor was given to the editor-in-chief of “Behişdi ahal-teke atlary” and “Türkmenistanyň nusgalyk alabaýy” magazines Narly Nurlyev, senior lecturer of the State Academy of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan, Honoured cultural worker of Turkmenistan Azat Annaev, senior lecturer of “Agricultural production processing” department of S.A. Nyyazov Turkmen agricultural university Yazgeldi Saryev, lecturer of tourism faculty of Turkmen State institute of culture Gulshat Pirjanova, lecturer of Aba Annaev International horse academy of Arkadag city Jennet Seidieva and the main research fellow of the scientific production centre of “Türkmen atlary” State association аnd lecturer of Aba Annaev International horse academy of Arkadag city Gulshat Meredova.
