According to accepted long ago in the country democratic orientation and the humanitarian doctrine, all socio-political and legal possibilities created for development of the state, are in full conformity with increasing requirements of the era of Revival of a new epoch of the powerful state.
The International day of Neutrality celebrated annually on the 12th of December, is of great importance in relations of the countries in region and in the world, and at the state and international level as well.
In honour of the 29th anniversary of the day of the International Neutrality on the 5th of December 2024 in the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan is organized an exhibition named «Neutrality of Turkmenistan – guarantee of prosperity».
Attraction of the exhibition are jewellery compositions glorifying the era of Revival of a new epoch of the powerful state Neutrality of Turkmenistan, the National flag and presented to the honourable President, Hero Arkadag, photos of fine buildings of Ashgabat, the complete set of photos of flags of the foreign states, the carpets woven by our skilled workers, works of fine arts. Books by Hero Arkadag and the honourable President, albums give a big weight to the exhibition.
The exhibition was opened by the director of the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan Meretgeldi Charyev with the words of greeting. Then the floor was given to the deputy of Majlis of Turkmenistan Maya Khojyýeva, head of the organization division of the Central council of Magtymguly Youth organization of Turkmenistan Gurbanmyrat Mukhammedov, senior lecturer of “Social sciences” department of Yagshygeldi Kakaev International oil and gas university, candidate of philological science Gurbangozel Saparova, serviceman of the State frontier guards of Turkmenistan, captain Shohrat Gylyjov, executive secretary of “Dünýä edebiýaty” magazine Gulshat Orazmyradova.
