Turkmen- Tajik friendly relations

Turkmen and Tajik people bring together centuries-old friendly relations. During the period from the 2nd up to the 5th of April 2024 in Tajikistan have been carried out the mass cultural event devoted to the Days of culture of Turkmenistan and the 300th anniversary of Magtymguly Рyragynyň. In the National museum of Tajikistan located in Dushanbe city, has been organized the guest exhibition of the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan. In the inauguration of the exhibition have participated more than thousand citizens of Tajikistan and guests from abroad. At this exhibition have been presented hand-made articles, carpet products and jewellery stored in the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan. Being the essential condition for the further development of the interstate relations established between two countries, all it gives the chance for full use of the accumulated potential in mutual cooperation. The Turkmen-Tajik cooperation based on benevolent traditions, which is regularly advanced according to present requirements, is directed on mutual benefit of the people.
