On the 21-st of October 2022 at the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan was carried out an exhibition named «Turkmen alabay – example of fearlessness and devotion».

One of the basic directions of the state policy carried out by the honourable President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdymukhamedov is preservation and popularization of national, historical and cultural heritage. The large-scale reforms, carried out in this area, are also oriented on development and perfection of Turkmen alabais breed.

 Thanks to tireless care of the honourable President in the country is carried out a big work on perfection and development of national dog breeding for increase of Turkmen alabais glory all over the world. In our Fatherland is celebrated the national holiday of Turkmen alabai on the last Sunday of October for the first time. It should be noticed separately, that in this connection is held the international competition where are revealed abilities, original qualities and features of alabai, and the winner is awarded the rank «Fearless Turkmen alabai of the year».

The book by hero Arkadag «Turkmen alabai» has got love of the people. In this book is told not only about an origin and development of one of the ancient breed of alabai, but is also shown its cultural value and originality. Turkmen alabai has turned into the thoughtful image stating concept of Turkmens about harmony, beauty and materiality and creates the important layer of national culture. Now the image of Turkmen alabai having not lost the importance at all, on the contrary, was filled with deeper maintenance as it has concentrated in itself gratitude of our ancestors for feeling of pride of many generations, for their valorous work

 In honour of the national holiday of Turkmen alabai at the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan has been carried out the exhibition named «Turkmen alabay – example of fearlessness and devotion» on the 21-st of October 2022. The special place at the exhibition is given to picture carpets with the woven image of Turkmen аlabai. The harmonious combination of carpet patterns with the image of Turkmen аlabai means that they take a big place in the life of Turkmens. There are also exposed at the exhibition clay figurines of dogs, old photos from the fund of manuscripts and the jewellery compositions representing Turkmen аlabai.

In auguration of the exhibition participated director of the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan Meretgeldi Charyyev, chairman of cynologists club of Turkmenistan «Türkmen iti» Allamyrat Darganayev, a member of the International association «Turkmen аlabais», private dog breeder Dovletmyrat Kurrikov, head of division of Theatres and entertainment centres of the Ministry of culture of Turkmenistan Agamyrat Baltayev, lecturer of S.A,Nyyazov Turkmen agricultural university, заведующий of department Saparmyrat Annamukhammedov, head of Ashgabat city, administrative-economic and dwelling division of Buzmeyin region concrete product plant, a member of the International association «Turkmen аlabais», secretary of Akhal region «Alabais» association Mekan Gurbandurdyyev. The guests were pleased by the exhibition.
