On the 6-th of August, on the initiative of the honourable President in Turkmenbashy city, «Avaza» tourist zone and in Turkmenbashy International seaport were carried out the important actions. These actions visually show, that Turkmenistan is the centre of peacefulness and friendship, and world-famous Turkmen hospitality.
«Avaza» met the guests, who have arrived from the states of Central Asian region. Here are carried out six large international actions of regional value, namely, the consultative meeting of heads of the states of Central Asia, dialogue of women-representatives of the countries of region, an exhibition of national production of the countries of the Central Asia, an economic forum, an exhibition of national cooking of the countries of the Central Asia, a solemn concert of masters of arts.
On this occasion, carried out at the state level, workers of the sphere of culture of Turkmenistan have also carried out a number of actions. Within the network of these actions the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan has organized the exhibitions, which show Turkmen culture and art, traditions and history. Here the sufficient place is given to the national values of applied arts kept in store-houses of museum. Among them are carpets and carpet products, which are being improved over the centuries, national garments, jewellery and articles of everyday use. The exhibition made a big impression on the foreign guests.
