The State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan has organized video conference among museums of the country

The main task of museums is the keeping, research study, popularization of historical and cultural values among the population for protection and restoration of the national heritage, not to allow to die away to a historical heritage of the people and represent the national originality. All this demands correct management of documentation on the account of the available and newly arrived museum values. In each museum of the country are established passport system and thorough studying of each value, which is kept in storehouse or shown in the exposition. There are created every opportunities for an exchange of experience and consultations between museums of Turkmenistan.

On the 16-th of April 2021 was carried out online methodological conference on recording the documentation with participation of museum workers of the country. In this conference, organized by the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan, took part specialists of regional museums of History and local lore.

This conference was opened and conducted by the manager of the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan Meretgeldi Charyyev.

Then in the course of the conference the floor was given to the head of division of passport system and the organization of electronic base of museum fund of the State museum E.Bayayeva, who has told in detail about State «Account and protection of museum values», confirmed by the Ministry of culture of Turkmenistan.

 Then the floor was given to the curator of the division of passport system and the organization of electronic base of museum fund B.Yagshygeldiyeva, who has told about order of passport fill and head of methodological division О.Saparova, who has told about correctness in methodological documentation.

In the course of the conference, the staff of museums have asked some questions on interested them themes. Participants of a videoconference have noticed, that this exchange of views will promote correct and accurate conducting of the museum documentation.

Summing up the conference, the manager of the State museum of the State cultural centre of Turkmenistan Meretgeldi Charyyev, has expressed his thanks to hero Arkadag on behalf of all museum workers of the country for possibility to exchange experience and views online.
